Terms of Service

Markee (markee.app) generates redesigned Chrome Web Store listing assets — screenshots, promo tiles, and marquees — from a listing URL you provide. By using Markee you agree to these terms.

AI generation is paid for with credits, purchased as one-time packs or monthly subscriptions (see pricing). Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time pack credits never expire. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

One-time packs: if you haven't spent any of the credits, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime; if you were charged in error or hit a genuine problem with the service, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Credits already spent on generation are non-refundable, because the underlying AI compute has been used — but if a generation clearly failed or came out broken, tell us and we'll re-credit you.

You keep all rights to the images Markee generates for you, and you can use them commercially, including in your store listings. You are responsible for having the rights to the listing content you submit — in practice, redesign listings for extensions you own or have permission to work on.

Don't use Markee to create misleading store listings (e.g. screenshots depicting functionality your extension doesn't have), to infringe others' trademarks or copyrights, or to probe, overload, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Markee is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or the Chrome Web Store. Following the Web Store's listing policies remains your responsibility.

Markee is provided "as is". AI-generated output varies; we don't guarantee any particular result, ranking, or install numbers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and account holders will be notified of significant changes by email. Questions: hello@markee.app.
